Left: Mermaid Scarf, designed by Heidi Barrett.  A lovely lightweight scarf with undulating wave patterning and a flirty fishnet trim.  Made up with just one skein of Bonnie's Bamboo!!

Right: Diagonal Scarves, designed by Beth Hartke, made up with any of Farmhouse Yarns

Hello Friends,

Our designers and knitters are going crazy with new designs for Farmhouse Yarns.  We are hearing that scarves are back, big time, so we are responding with enthusiasm!  The elegant Mermaid Scarf, made up with just one skein of Bonnie's Bamboo, has proven very popular for one of my retailers.  Heidi Barrett, designer, has allowed Farmhouse to share it with you.  The pattern is much easier to work than the elegant lace would suggest, and the pattern is immediately available.  You can work up with the suggested Bonnie's Bamboo, or try just one skein of Fannie's Fingering or Farmhouse Silk Blend for an entirely different look.

Got Stash?  Beth Hartke's Diagonal Scarves might be for you.  You can work up these hip scarves with just one skein of Bo Peep Not Just for Socks Yarn, or two skeins of Trixie's Loopy Mohair, Andy's Merino or Abbie's Alpaca.  The pattern includes instructions for stashbusting, too.  Use up odds and ends you have on hand to make your scarf unique!  Approximately 4 inches wide and up to six feet long, the teens are loving this one.  It is really a quick knit, too.
