Yarn: Fatter Sheep Yarn by Farmhouse Yarns, LLC, 3 (4, 5, 6, 6) 150-yard skeins. Example above left shown in Fatter Sheep Yarn by Farmhouse Yarns, Turkey Red. Needles: Size 15 circular needle, 24” long, or use the size necessary to achieve gauge. Sizes: Finished vest measures approximately 34 (38, 42, 46, 50) inches around bust, and is 22 (24, 25, 26, 27) inches from center back neck to bottom edge. Gauge: Approximately 3 stitches per inch over seed stitch Skill Level: Intermediate. Designer Notes: This vest is worked from the top down in one piece. Easy and fun to make, you can add buttons or not, as many as you like. Should you want to make the vest longer than the pattern indicates, you will need an extra skein of yarn. |
