Baby’s First Mukluk Boots and Cozy Winter Cap
Number pieces in packaging:3
Yarn: One skein Trixie’s Loopy Mohair and one skein Fannie’s Fingering, Mary’s Little Lamb, Winnifred’s Washable, or Cotton Blossom Yarn by Dixie by Farmhouse Yarns, LLC. You can make more than one set with just one skein of Trixie’s Loopy Mohair and one skein of contrasting yarn. If you want to use your own stash of novelty yarns for the main color instead of Trixie’s Loopy Mohair, go right ahead; just be sure the gauge is consistent with the requirements below. Needles: 12” or 16” US 4 circular needles for hat. Size US 4 double pointed needles for boots and hat. Tapestry Needle Crochet hook, size that is comfortable for you when working with the contrasting yarn to make drawstring for boots. Stitch marker. Sizes: Directions given for 2 sizes: Newborn to 3 months, and 6 months given in parentheses. Gauge: 4-1/2 stitches equals 1 inch over stockinette stitch in contrasting color (the main color is textured and fuzzy and too difficult to measure). Skill Level: Easy to intermediate.
